Taunton Area host evening with Somerset Players
The next event on the calendar for the Taunton Area Committee of SCCC is an Evening with the Somerset Players which will be taking place in the County Room on Wednesday March 7th starting at 7 for 7.30pm.
The evening will start with a two course hot buffet followed by a question and answer session with the Somerset players, including skipper Marcus Trescothick.
The cost of tickets for what promises to be another memorable cricketing occasion is £12 per person and these can be obtained from the Main Office in the Andy Caddick Pavilion or from Mary Elworthy on 01823 400679.
The ‘Second Innings Cricket Lovers’ Favourite Recipes’ ,sponsored by Kukri, that was published by the Taunton Area Committee just before Christmas is selling like hotcakes and already almost half of the copies printed have been sold. Copies, costing £5 can be obtained from Somerset County Sports or from Mary Elworthy.
