Past, Present and Future Evening a Great Success!

The second Somerset Social was held last night and was a great success!  Those present in The Long Room were treated to the tales of Peter Robinson, Dennis Breakwell, Mike Burns, Rob Turner and Andrew Caddick.

The purpose of the Somerset Social events is to give people the opportunity to meet and speak to past and present players in an informal atmosphere and on this occasion everyone had the chance to ask questions and listen to the many stories.

The evening, held in association with the Taunton Area Committee, also featured current player and beneficiary Arul Suppiah and a video from Jason Kerr which provided an update on the stars of the future!

Our next event will be held on Grand National Saturday which is April 6th when you will be able to experience a “Day at the Races” here at the County Ground!

Coffee will be served on arrival at 12 noon with a Two Course Lunch followed by Afternoon Tea and Biscuits.

Tickets cost just £20.00 and can be purchased online or by calling 0845 337 1875.  There will also be a Tote on the day for those who like flutter.
