This is your last chance to get tickets for the opening night of James Hildreth’s Testimonial Year!
Come and support James on Saturday at our special three-course Burns Night dinner at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

During the evening:
- Current and former Somerset players will be in attendance
- James will be taking part in a comprehensive Q&A session with former teammate Keith Parsons
- James’ testimonial tie will be available to buy
- A number of top quality raffle prizes will be up for grabs including signed James Hildreth shirts
- Scottish themed “Heads & Tails”
In addition there will also be live entertainment for bagpiper Logan Leckie whilst actor Barry Palmer will be the Master of Ceremonies and will be addressing the haggis.
Ahead of the event James said: “I feel so proud to have been awarded a Testimonial Year by the Club and I can’t believe that the first event is nearly upon us. My Testimonial Committee have been working hard over the winter to put together a comprehensive programme of events that will hopefully cater for all tastes! I can’t thank them enough for all their efforts so far.”
“I look forward to seeing as many people as possible at Burns Night later this month. I’m really looking forward to it and I think that all those who attend will be in for a good night. There will be some current players coming along as well as some faces from the past and we’ll be giving away some nice prizes too so I look forward to seeing you there! I may even ask Michael Leask if I can borrow his tartan trousers!”
James made his Somerset debut back in 2003 and since then has gone on to make over 500 appearances for the Club.
The cost of the event is just £40 per person and the dress code is Lounge Suits.
This special Burns Night begins at 7:30pm with doors opening for arrival drinks at 7pm.
