Tom and Marcus to join Somerset CCC at Great British Sports Show

Somerset County Cricket Club will be amongst the organisations taking part in the inaugural Great British Sports Show.

The event will be taking place at Westpoint, Exeter over the weekend of February 3rd and 4th and we will be joined by Club Captain Tom Abell and Marcus Trescothick!

The family orientated event will welcome up to 10,000 visitors who will have the opportunity to try over 30 different sports and meet stars from the local area.

With activities from cricket and athletics to wheelchair basketball and crown green bowls to cheerleading, this multi-sports festival has something for everyone.

Tom Abell, Somerset CCC and Stumpy will be in attendance with our inflatable cricket nets giving visitors the chance to enjoy some cricketing challenges.

Each sport or activity will have its own dedicated area within the venue, where local sports clubs and activity providers will give people the opportunity to have a go and sign up to taster sessions.
