    Office Opening Hours

    The Club Office will be open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our telephone lines will be open Monday to Friday 10am until 3pm.

    Due to the busy nature of matchdays, our telephone lines will be closed. We would therefore encourage people to consult our Membership FAQs

    Directions

    Exit Junction 25 on M5 motorway. Follow the signs A38 to Taunton. Go straight across at the next roundabout. At the traffic lights go straight on (past Fitness First). Go across the next roundabout (signposted cricket).

    For Car Park A

    Go straight across at the next roundabout, keeping the Shell Petrol Station on the left. The entrance is 400 yards along on the left. (Postcode TA1 1QD)

    For Car Park B

    Bear left at the next roundabout, keeping the Shell Petrol Station on the right. Go straight on at the traffic lights and the entrance can be found 100 yards along on the right. (Postcode TA1 1JT)

    Parking

    Matchdays: There will be no car parking available on matchdays.

    Non Matchdays: There is ample pay and display parking at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

    Cyclists: Somerset County Cricket Club is cyclist friendly with several cycle paths close to the Cooper Associates County Ground. On-site we also have bicycle racks situated near the Priory Bridge Road and St James Street Gates.

    Is there a non-alcohol Stand?

    Yes, the Ondaatje Stand is our non-alcohol, family stand which is policed by our match day Stewards. Drinking or the use of foul language is prohibited within this section of the Ground and those who break this will be warned and if required, ejected from the area.

    What is Membership of Somerset County Cricket Club?

    Membership is a season ticket valid for the year which will entitle you to attend matches at the Cooper Associates County Ground dependent on the Category you purchased.  Somerset County Cricket Club is a members Club and therefore the support of our members is much appreciated.

    Are there any reciprocal agreements for Members of other Counties?

    Members of the opposition county are required to purchase a ground entry ticket to LV= Insurance County Championship matches but will be allowed entry into the Members facilities on production of their respective county membership card. Unfortunately there are no reciprocal arrangements for One-Day Cup or Vitality Blast fixtures.

    How do I make a complaint?

    Everyone at Somerset County Cricket Club is dedicated to ensuring that you have the best possible matchday experience at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

    However, if you feel that we have not lived up to our usual high standards, we would like you to inform us so that we can ensure that any issue is tackled swiftly and efficiently.
