2019 Harry Burden Lunch

The 2019 Harry Burden Memorial Lunch will be held at the Cooper Associates County Ground on Thursday December 12th.

The lunch will be held in the Long Room of the Colin Atkinson Pavilion and the event is your chance to support the development of youth cricket in the region.

The Harry Burden Lunch is the main fundraising platform of the Tony Coles Charitable Trust, which provides grants to clubs and schools in order to help with the development of youth cricket.

The three-course lunch also includes a Q&A session with Somerset Club Captain, Tom Abell. There will also be a raffle and an auction.

Tickets are priced at just £32 each and doors will open at 12pm for a 12:30pm start.

Harry Burden was a very keen cricketer who died of leukemia just before his 8th birthday in 1996. Since then an annual event and awards presentation have been held in his memory.

Anyone wishing to attend can email Michelle Brooks (michelleb@somersetcountycc.co.uk).

Any cheques should be made payable to: “The Tony Coles Charitable Trust”.
