2022 Vitality Blast Preview: Somerset v Glamorgan
Somerset welcome Glamorgan to the Cooper Associates County Ground in the Vitality Blast tomorrow (Friday June 3rd).
Play will get underway at 6:30pm.
Somerset are currently second in the South Group with six points from four matches, whilst Glamorgan are seventh with two points from three games.
Gates will open at 4:30pm.
There are a limited number of tickets still available for this fixture.
Ticket buyers can print and download their online tickets via their SCCC account.
All ticket or Membership collections will be from the Jack White Gates (St James Street).
The Club Enquiries Desk will be based in the Reception of the Marcus Trescothick Pavilion and not in the Andrew Caddick Pavilion on matchdays.

The two sides have met 38 times in T20 cricket. Somerset have won 20 times, Glamorgan have won 11 times, there have been two no results and five matches have been abandoned.
The highest team total in the series for Somerset is 219 for five at Taunton in 2006, while for Glamorgan it is 206 for six in the same match.
The highest individual innings for Somerset is 114 not out by Babar Azam at Sophia Gardens in 2020, while for Glamorgan it is 116 not out by Ian Thomas at Taunton in 2004.
The best bowling for Somerset is six for five by Arul Suppiah at Cardiff in 2011, while for Glamorgan it is three for nine by Robert Croft in the same match.
The last time that the two sides met in T20 cricket was in June 2021 at Sophia Gardens, when Somerset won by 74 runs.
Somerset won the toss and elected to bat.
Devon Conway scored 70 not out from 52 balls, and Tom Lammonby added a rapid 34 as the visitors posted a total of 181 for five from their 20 overs.
Lewis Goldsworthy and Roelof van der Merwe claimed three wickets each as Glamorgan were dismissed for 107 from 17.4 overs.

Somerset Head Coach, Jason Kerr said: “We want to bounce back as quickly as we can. We know how important momentum is in sport and we lost a bit of that on Wednesday night. We will learn from that, we’ve evaluated things and we will go again on Friday.
“Glamorgan are another strong white-ball side and they’ve been playing some good cricket, but we will concentrate on improving on Wednesday and focus on winning that game.”
