Baker Cup Final: Preview

THE MATCH

The final of this year’s Baker Cup will see Wembdon take on Taunton St Andrews at the Cooper Associates County Ground on Monday.

This 20-over match will get underway at 5:30pm with gates opening at 4:30pm.

To attend this match, you must book your free ticket and sit in your allocated seat.

Tickets can also be claimed on the St James Street Entrance on the day but we strongly recommend that this is done in advance to avoid delays.

HOW CAN I KEEP UP TO DATE?

A live stream of this match will be available for fans to watch via our YouTube channel. Please note that there will not be commentary on the stream.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

For the foreseeable future, we will continue to have robust protocols in place within the Ground to protect our Members, spectators and staff.  These will include continuing to collect track and trace information, the recommendation that face masks be worn when moving around the Ground and particularly when indoors or in enclosed spaces. Monitoring ingress and egress through specific gates and hand sanitiser points will remain in situ throughout the Ground.

Our COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct will also remain in force.

Parking within the ground is limited and available on a first come, first served basis in the St James Street Car Park. There is a charge for parking before 6pm.

ENTRANCE TIMES AND GATES

Gates will open at 4:30pm.

The Jack White Gates (St James Street) will be the only gate in operation for this match.

Seating is only available in the Ondaatje Stand and the Marcus Trescothick Pavilion Lower Tier.

WI-FI

Don’t forget that our ground-wide Wi-Fi network is fully operational.

The Wi-Fi is completely free of charge and to connect all you have to do is select the option: “_WeAreSomerset” in your settings and enter a valid email address.

You can also update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.

With the new Wi-Fi you can browse the internet around the Cooper Associates County Ground. This means, for example, that our matchday live stream can be accessed without using your data, meaning instant replays of all the action on the field are available at no extra cost to you.

FOOD & DRINK

A wide selection of hot and cold food and drinks will be available from the following outlets:

  • Stragglers Coffee House
  • Concession (Marcus Trescothick Pavilion Lower Tier)

Please remember that the Cooper Associates County Ground is now a cashless venue.
