Club opening hours - update
Whilst it is important that Somerset County Cricket Club remains open in order to fulfil the requirements and needs of our Members, supporters, commercial partners, customers and guests, it is also important that we follow Government advice in order to maintain the safety of all the aforementioned groups plus that of our staff and their families.
Therefore, SCCC have introduced the following operating policy until at least the end of April:
The Club Office
The Club Office in the Andrew Caddick Pavilion is closed to members of the public until further notice.
However, staff will continue to work from home from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday in order to answer telephones and ensure that the Club can still function as regularly as possible and with a minimal impact to our service levels. Please note that response times may be slightly longer, and you may be transferred to a staff member’s mobile phone.
Our enquiries email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) will also still be operational and staff members will be tasked with answering any questions that you might have.
Stragglers Coffee House
Stragglers Coffee House will be closed until further notice.
The SCCC Shop will be closed until further notice.
However, orders can still be placed online via the SCCC Shop web site (https://shop.somersetcountycc.co.uk/).
Please note that delivery time may be slightly increased due to our reduced staffing
Somerset County Sports
Somerset County Sports, following guidelines from the government have taken the decision to close from Monday March 23rd. As soon as they are able to, they will re-open.
If you have any outstanding orders for Vitality Blast shirts or any other equipment, they are still aiming to dispatch them, when they become available.
SCS would like to thank all their customers for their support, and they look forward to seeing you as soon as possible.
Conferences and Events
Any events that were due to take place at the Cooper Associates County Ground between now and the end of April have been postponed or cancelled.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but these are exceptional circumstances.
These operating measures will be regularly reviewed and any updates on this situation will be posted on this website and across our social media channels.
We hope that you and your loved ones are all safe and well, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Cooper Associates County Ground soon.Back to News
