Consultation EDI Strategic Delivery Plan Published
Somerset County Cricket Club remain committed to taking a zero-tolerance approach to any form of behaviour which is anything other than inclusive for all, regardless of gender, race, sexuality or any other characteristic.
The Club have already developed a programme designed to increase awareness amongst our Leadership Group, all staff and with our partners in the Foundation.
As individuals, and as an organisation, we will continue to ensure that we do whatever we can to eradicate prejudice from the game and from society as a whole.
With this in mind, the Club has drafted an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategic Delivery Plan.
At this stage, this is a consultation version of the Plan, which we are committed to refine and evolve over time as we obtain further input and feedback from our stakeholders.
