VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM

On the eve of the match, Jason Kerr said: “One of the things that the guys have done really well is effectively switch their focus and mindset from format to format. It seems like a long time ago that we played red-ball cricket, but we’ve had the opportunity to practice and we go again on Monday.

“There’s a huge amount of confidence in the group, and when you play well in any format you take that confidence into the next game.

“There are no easy games at this stage of the season, but if we execute our skills like we have done for the majority of the season so far, then we should be in a strong position.”
