Members must register their RLC attendance before midnight!
Following the Government’s announcement that COVID-19 restrictions are to be lifted, Somerset County Cricket Club are continuing to work with key stakeholders to ensure the safe return to full crowds.
Any protocols that are implemented and/or recommended by the Club beyond July 19th will be specifically designed to ensure that the Cooper Associates County Ground is as safe as it possibly can be for our players, staff, Members, and supporters.
The recent Government announcement that close contacts of those who test positive for COVID-19 must continue to undertake a period of self-isolation (during the period up until August 16th) means that ‘track and trace’ requirements will remain in place at the ground during this period (July 19th – August 16th).
As a result, the Cooper Associates County Ground will continue to operate under allocated seating with all Members and ticket purchasers required to sit in their allotted seats for the following matchdays:
- Tuesday July 20th v Cornwall, National Counties Fixture*
- Sunday July 25th v Derbyshire, Royal London Cup (F)
- Wednesday July 28th v Glamorgan, Royal London Cup
- Sunday August 1st v Yorkshire, Royal London Cup
- Tuesday August 10th v Leicestershire, Royal London Cup
I am a Member, what does this mean for me?
All eligible Members will need to “Register their Attendance” in order to attend the above fixtures. The window to register is now open and will remain open until 23:59 on Monday July 19th for our Royal London Cup fixtures.
To register your attendance, please select one of the options below:
Please note that this is NOT a Ballot. All eligible Members who select that they are attending a matchday, WILL automatically be allocated their seat. Please therefore only select the matchdays you will attend.
E-tickets will be sent in advance of each fixture and, as per the schedule below, e-tickets will be sent as late as 48 hours prior to your match date for the first three fixtures during W/C July 19th whilst we await the final guidance from our Stakeholders.
Membership cards and guest passes will NOT be valid for use during this period, and matchday e-tickets only will be required.
As a result, Royal London Cup guest passes will not be valid for the competition. However, these may be redeemed for our remaining LV= Insurance County Championship fixtures in 2021 (subject to all restrictions lifting) and will also carry over into 2022.
I have already bought tickets, what does this mean for me?
Existing ticket purchasers will automatically be assigned allocated seating in a category C area. New tickets will be issued as per the schedule below.
Ticket bookers who are coming as a group should email firstname.lastname@example.org with their order numbers so that they can be allocated seats together.
I would like to purchase a ticket(s), are these still available?
Yes. Please see this website for available tickets.
