COVID-19 Rollback Policy
If the government guidance changes and restrictions are re-introduced, fixtures may be subject to a reduction in capacity with social distancing measures in place. As a result, Somerset County Cricket Club have introduced a COVID-19 Rollback Policy.
All Members and Ticket Purchasers for the affected fixture(s) will be placed into a Ballot with priority given in the following order:
- 2021 Members
- 2021 Ticket Purchasers
Once the ballot has been drawn, successful entrants will be contacted and once confirmed, new seats will be allocated, and replacement tickets issued.
Unsuccessful Members and Ticket Purchasers will also be contacted. The latter will receive an automatic refund onto the payment method used to complete the original purchase. This refund will be for the ticket value only.
COVID-19 Ticket Refund Policy
If fixtures for which tickets have been sold are cancelled or updated to be played behind closed doors due to a tightening in the government restrictions, ticket purchasers will be eligible to receive a full and automatic refund. This will be processed onto the payment method used to complete the original purchase and will be for the ticket value only.
If ticket purchasers are unable to attend a fixture due to COVID-19 related illness or a period of self-isolation, purchasers may request to transfer their purchase to another fixture during the 2021 (subject to isolation period ending and availability) or 2022 season. This request must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the match date.
General Ticket Refund Policy
Somerset County Cricket Club’s standard Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy will apply to any rain affected fixture, regardless of COVID-19 restrictions. For more information, please click the button below:Back to News
