Don't lose sleep over the start of the cricket season

Are you having trouble sleeping because you’re so excited about the start of the 2021 season?

You are not alone.

Recent research has concluded that fully half of the UK has been sleeping less well during lockdown.

Just how important is sleep when it comes to health, wellbeing and our professional lives?

We’ve teamed up with our Principal County Championship Partner, WPA Health Insurance, to take a closer look at the cost of poor sleep to UK PLC during Covid-19 and what can be done about it.

WPA have worked with Nic Paton to produce an interesting and informative article on the subject, which is well worth a read. It also includes a number of tips to help ensure that you get a good night’s sleep.

Nic is one of the country’s foremost journalists on workplace health, safety and wellbeing, and is editor of Occupational Health & Wellbeing magazine.

WPA is a specialist not-for-profit health insurer. With a history dating back to 1901, they look after private individuals, families and all businesses from micro enterprises through to blue chip global brands.

WPA is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
