NatWest T20 Blast Competition winner receives his prize from Jim Allenby

Somerset County Cricket Club are delighted to be able to announce the winner of our 2017 NatWest T20 Blast competition.

To celebrate the NatWest T20 Blast returning to the Cooper Associates County Ground on Friday we ran a competition to give away the very final two passes for all seven of our home matches, including the SOLD OUT fixtures against Gloucestershire and Middlesex.

The lucky winner who will be watching all seven matches from the hugely popular top tier of the Somerset Pavilion was John Buchan.

Not only did John win but he was presented with his prize by Somerset one-day captain Jim Allenby.

Afterwards John said: “I’m absolutely thrilled! It was a real surprise to meet the captain so I’m absolutely delighted and really looking forward to the matches!”

John correctly stated that Corey Anderson had hit seven sixes against Surrey at the Kia Oval.

Thank you to everyone who entered the competition.
