Quarter-Final FAQs

When will tickets go on sale and will Members get a priority window for purchasing tickets?

  • 2022 White-Ball Members and Platinum Members will have a priority window from 10pm on Sunday (July 3rd) until 11:59pm on Monday (July 4th). This priority window will be online only until telephone lines and the ticket office open at 10am on Monday (July 4th).
  • A priority window for all other Membership types will run from 12pm on July 4th until 11.59pm on July 4th.
  • Any remaining tickets will then go on general sale at 12:01am on July 5th.
  • Members are reminded that they need to purchase tickets for this fixture. Your 2022 Membership card will not allow you entry into the Cooper Associates County Ground for this match.

How do I download my e-ticket?

If you wish to collect your tickets on the day of the match there will be an additional charge of £1.95.

Do Members have to pay full price for their quarter-final tickets?

2022 White-Ball Members and Platinum Members will receive a £10 discount on tickets if you keep the seat that you have booked in the Group Stage. You will also be able to purchase additional tickets at full price. This discount applies to adult tickets only. This discount will apply to White-Ball and Platinum Members only.

How much are tickets?

How do I book my ticket(s)

Your seat is held under a reservation in your online account. Any additional seats will need to be booked as a separate booking.

To book any additional seats you will need to log in and it will show “QF offer” under “your advantages” and you can book the additional seats this way.

Will I get the same seat that I’ve had during the group stage?

Yes. Unless you specifically request an alternative seat, your group stage seat will be reserved for you to purchase but it will be released for general sale at 11.59pm on July 4th. If you wish to move seats, you will need to purchase an available seat at full price. Your original allocated seat will be released for general sale at 11.59pm on July 4th.

Will there be a reserve day?

Yes. If no play is possible on the match day, the game will be played on the following day. No refunds will be forthcoming if this is the case.

Will you be posting tickets?

Given the short turn around before the quarter-final, we would encourage Members and supporters to download e-tickets or select the matchday collection option.

Can I come to the ground and buy?

Yes. You may purchase tickets at the Cooper Associates County Ground during your priority window during office hours. Staff will be available in the Reception of the Marcus Trescothick Pavilion to process ticket requests.

What time will the match start?

The match will begin at 7pm.

Can I park at the Cooper Associates County Ground?

SCCC Members who hold a blue badge can now book parking for the Vitality Blast quarter-final via our Member portal. There are limited spaces, and these are bookable on a first come, first served basis. Parking can be booked from 10am on Tuesday July 5th.

Can I bring my dog?

No. Given the size of the crowd at Vitality Blast matches, we do not allow supporters to bring dogs to the Cooper Associates County Ground.
