Robert Cooney to Remain as Official Vitality Blast 4 & 6 Partner

Somerset County Cricket Club can today reveal that we will continue to work with Robert Cooney in 2022.

The renewal of this existing partnership will see the Taunton based company continue their prominent presence at the Cooper Associates County Ground on match days.

As our Official Vitality Blast Four and Six Partner, Robert Cooney will once again feature on our large video scoreboards every time a batter reaches the boundary in the 2022 Vitality Blast.

A lifelong Taunton resident, Robert set up his business in 2010 and now has a team of 10 advising on and selling residential and commercial property as well as business transfer, lettings & management.

SCCC Commercial Director, Caroline Herbert said: “We are always keen to work alongside and champion successful local businesses, especially those who have a genuine passion for cricket. Robert Cooney fits that bill perfectly.

“Their scoreboard graphics have become an integral element of our Vitality Blast matchdays and we are delighted to be continuing and improving our relationship throughout the forthcoming season.”

Robert Cooney Partner, Kate Trewhella said: “ As a local business, the exposure gained from supporting our club in this way has been invaluable and we wish Tom Abell and the team all the best for a fantastic season ahead.”
