Somerset Cricket Groundsmen’s Association AGM
The Somerset Cricket Board would like to advise clubs and schools of the details of the Somerset Cricket Groundsmen’s Association AGM.
The event will take place at 10.30am on Sunday February 10th at The Fox & Goose Inn, Brent Knoll.
The Cricket Board are keen for as many groundsmen as possible to attend so that the association can continue to grow and provide greater support for clubs across the county.
The AGM will include two guest speakers:
- Simon Johnson, the IOG Regional Pitch Advisor South West presenting on Outfield Maintenance
- Ben Peverall, the National Panel & WEPL Umpire presenting on How Umpires Mark Pitches in League Cricket
There are also two vacant positions on the committee which the association are looking to fill. If you would like more information on the positions please email Phil Mortimer
