Somerset v Gloucestershire - match abandoned - Ticket refund policy

Following the abandonment of tonight’s Vitality Blast match between Somerset and Gloucestershire, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or exchange on the ticket element of their purchase.

Please note this excludes complimentary tickets which have no value in this instance.

Refunds and Exchanges must be claimed by filling in and returning our Ticket Refund and Exchange form which is available to download by clicking here

Please return completed forms along with your tickets to: Ticket Refunds & Exchanges, Somerset County Cricket Club, The Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1JT* or send them in via email to:

Ticket holders have 28 days to claim their refund or exchange and therefore forms must be returned to the Club by Friday September 13th 2019.

Please note that we can only refund the original ticket purchaser and you will be refunded in the same manner that you purchased your tickets.

If you paid by cash or cheque you will receive your refund via cheque. Please note that this can take two to four weeks following the 28-day period and that cheque refunds are subject to a £2 deduction due to administration fees.

If you paid by Debit or Credit Card you will be refunded back on to the payment. We will only contact you if your credit or debit card has since expired or if you paid in person via chip and pin.**

*If returning forms via the post we recommend that you ask for proof of sending in the event that the tickets are not received by the Club.

**Refunds will only be made for the face value of the ticket and will not include any transaction charges you paid when making the initial purchase.
