SPOTLIGHT ON: ITEC
Over the course of the season, we will be introducing Somerset Members and supporters to some of the faces behind our 2021 commercial partners. Joining you as part of our SCCC family, when crowds return you’ll frequently see them watching games at the Cooper Associates County Ground, so do stop and say hello!
Today is the turn of Wi-Fi provider and official technology partner ITEC, who are introducing Regional Sales Director, Nick Parsons.
Who are ITEC and what do you do?
ITEC, a Xerox Business Solutions Company, is the leading Technology Managed Service Provider in the South West. Our mission is to drive organisations to success with powerful technology strategies and partnerships. We are the Cooper Associate County Ground’s WiFi provider.
What was it that made you want to partner with Somerset County Cricket Club? And what do you hope to achieve?
We are a South West based business and have always loved getting involved in local sports. When we saw the opportunity to support such an influential and exciting sport club it was a no brainer. We hope to evolve and grow with the cricket club as a sponsor and as a business partner.
What can Members, supporters and club partners expect to see from ITEC over the next 12 months?
We will be fully engaged with the club this season. From social media, corporate newsletters and attending matches. As the stadium’s WiFi provider, we would love to engage in other aspects aside from cricket such as events.
