Trade Nation join Somerset for groundbreaking live stream partnership
What a fantastic sight to finally see the players take to the field and to hear the glorious sound of leather on willow. However one vital ingredient is missing. That is you: our Members, supporters and fans.
In a time when cricket is being played behind closed stadium doors, it is more important than ever to provide Members, supporters and fans with the best matchday experience possible, accessible from the comfort of your own home. With this in mind, Somerset County Cricket Club is delighted to announce Trade Nation as the new T20 Live Stream Partner for the 2020 season.
This enhanced partnership, the first of its kind across the country, will bring Members, supporters and fans a brand-new Vitality Blast experience, wherever they are in the world. Somerset County Cricket Club will be working closely with Trade Nation throughout the Vitality Blast to bring fun, innovative new content, otherwise unseen on the county circuit. Keep a close eye out for more details over the coming weeks!
Trade Nation will be adding the T20 Live Stream Partnership to their current Highlights and Press Conference partner status.
Stuart Lane, CEO of Trade Nation, had this to say:
‘T20 is a highlight of the cricketing season and it’s a privilege for us as a company to be the first-ever T20 sponsor of a live stream for any county cricket club. We have enjoyed partnering with the club and so when this opportunity came up, we felt it was a great fit for our company and the trading platform we offer. The financial markets move very quickly and changes happen in real-time, just as it does in T20 cricket!
We know that fans would love to be at the game to support the team but in these unique times we live in, that is not possible right now. So we are determined to bring the game to fans in their homes. Somerset have led the way within cricket for their live streaming technology and, as a company who also pride ourselves on market-leading experiences, we are proud to partner with them to ensure that this event is fun and enjoyable, recreating the joy of the match for Somerset fans.
We have a number of initiatives we are going to launch along with the streaming that can ensure everyone both in the local area and around the world can have some fun whilst they watch the games’
Following the signing of this extension to the partnership, Somerset County Cricket Club CEO, Gordon Hollins said:
‘We are absolutely delighted that Trade Nation have agreed to partner with us on such an exciting project. Their support has allowed the Club to provide the very best live streaming service possible, which will directly benefit our loyal Members and supporters by allowing them to watch the Vitality Blast fixtures played at the Cooper Associates County Ground from the comfort of their homes. My thanks to Stuart Lane and his colleagues for their energy and commitment which has allowed this partnership to be formed.’
Trade Nation is an online trading platform where individuals can trade shares, commodities, and foreign currencies on transparent and honest terms. The simple-to-use service is delivered alongside a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Success team who support and engage with customers whenever the markets are open. Trade Nation offer their customers a better trading experience and are making the world of online trading a fairer and more trusted environment for all.
As with cricket the thrilling world of financial trading is not for the faint-hearted, profits and losses can accumulate very quickly and, as with all types of investing, it is important to understand the risks beforehand. 75% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading with this provider.
Regulated in the UK, Australia, South Africa, and the Bahamas, Trade Nation is well placed to continue its mission to become a global business while challenging the industry to be better and to do more for their customers. The company seeks to strengthen its regulatory position with further strategic licenses in the coming months… hopefully in more cricket strongholds!Back to News
