Jack Brooks has signed up to raise funds for the Lord’s Taverners charity through their Wickets for Change campaign to support disadvantaged and disabled young people in the county.

Brooks is helping the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity raise money with every wicket he takes in all formats during the shortened 2020 season. He joins 29 players from across the country in supporting this new way of fundraising at a time when the charity’s activity has been hampered by Covid-19.

You can sponsor each wicket he takes for as little, or as much as you like – and you can cap the maximum amount you’d like to donate, while also choosing whether you donate for a single match, month or year.

All monies raised will go towards the Lord’s Taverners Super 1s programme in Somerset. The national disability cricket programme offers disabled young people aged 12-25 an inclusive opportunity to play cricket at grassroots level where young people can come together, play, and learn vital life skills.

You can also support the charity through social media, whether you can afford to donate or not, by sharing the above links and encouraging sign ups and tagging @lordstaverners.
