VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Ahead of the match Head Coach, Jason Kerr said: “In the games that we’ve played that have been the full 20 overs we’ve shown some real quality with the bat and ball and also in our fielding and it was a great all round performance against Middlesex on Sunday.
“Hampshire are a really dangerous one-day side, but are struggling a bit in this year’s competition with only one win. Despite this we certainly wont be underestimating them.
“We go into every game trying to win it and our philosophy is to put out our best eleven to win every game of cricket, and wins are vital the closer we get to the end of the competition.
“A home quarter-final is still quite a way into the future but it is certainly what we are aiming for in this years Vitality Blast.”
